Relaxed and stabilized incomplete factorizations for non-self-adjoint linear systems
From MaRDI portal
In the discretization of nonselfadjoint elliptic partial differential equations nonsymmetric linear systems arise, producing numerical instabilities in relaxed incomplete factorization. Several new incomplete factorization methods are presented which overcome these instabilities.
