Right quotients of groups
From MaRDI portal
If \(A\) is a right transversal to a subgroup \(H\) of a group \(G\), then one can define a binary operation \(*\) on \(A\) by \(a*b\in Hab\). Now, the following is true: A group \(G\) is the right relative multiplication group of a right subloop \(L\) of a right loop \(M\) if and only if there are a subgroup \(H\) and a right transversal \(A\) to \(H\) in \(G\) such that \(L\cong A(*)\) and \(G=\langle A\rangle\).
