Roughness effect on Neumann boundary condition

The author studies the effect of a properly scaled periodic roughness on a Neumann (and Robin) boundary condition. He uses asymptotic expansions to obtain ``wall laws for simple domains for the Laplace equation and for the water waves equation. The results are validated also numerically for a test case.
