Self-dual codes from circulant matrices

The paper proposes three variations of the known construction of self-dual codes from doubly-circulant or bordered circulant generator matrices, by replacing the single circulant in the generator matrix with a block matrix, where the block sub-matrices are circulants. Several examples of codes found by this method are included.
