Smooth Values of the Iterates of the Euler Phi-Function
From MaRDI portal
Abstract: Let be the Euler-phi function, define and for all . We will determine an asymptotic formula for the set of integers less than for which is -smooth, conditionally on a weak form of the Elliott-Halberstam conjecture.
