Solvability of some quadratic integral equations
The paper provides a detailed analysis about the existence of solutions for a specific quadratic integral equation in \(H^1(\mathbb{R})\) using a fixed point technique in the Sobolev space on the real line. More specifically, it addresses the solvability of a nonlinear quadratic integral equation in a Banach space of real functions on a bounded and closed interval, relying on a fixed point result. The author explores the theory of such integral equations with applications in mathematical physics, economics, and biology. The results of this work are interesting, mathematically correct, well-written, and will help new researchers in this field.
