In a Polish group \(G\), a property is said to hold for a generic \(g\) in \(G\) if the set on which it does not hold is of the first category in \(G\); a property holds for almost every \(g\) in \(G\) if the set on which it does not hold is Haar null. In this paper, the author studied the properties of generic and almost every elements of the Baer-Specker group of all self-maps of \(Z\). The author found that with respect to most of the properties under consideration in the paper, the properties of a generic element and almost every element are complementary.
