The authors consider a countable system of quantum particles performing one-dimensional oscillations around their equilibrium positions. The particles interact among themselves and the set of equilibrium positions is assumed to be a lattice. In this form the authors built up models for quantum anharmonic oscillators with polynomial anharmonicity and ferroelectric interaction. A notion of strong quantum oscillator is introduced. Moreover, for a system of strong quantum oscillators there is no critical fluctuation of the position operator at all temperatures. This occurs in particular when the oscillator's mass is below a characteristic threshold which depends on the anharmonicity parameters.
