    Let \(Q(x)\) be \(2\times 2\) matrix-function, \(Q(x)=Q(X)^*\), \(B=\left[\begin{smallmatrix} 0 & 1 \\ -1 & 0\end{smallmatrix} \right]\) and suppose that \[ c_0:=\sup_{x\geq 0} | Q(x)| < \infty . \tag{1} \] Consider the differential expression \[ \ell(y):=B\frac {dy}{dx} +Q(x)y, \quad 0\leq x<\infty, \quad y(x)=(y_1(x),y_2(x))^T. \] Define the Dirac operator \(A\) in the space \(L^2(0,\infty;C^2)\) of square summable \(C^2\)-valued vector functions as follows: \[ \begin{gathered} Ay=\ell(y), \\ [\cos \alpha \sin \alpha] y(0)=0, \quad \alpha \;\text{real}. \end{gathered} \] Let \(\varphi(x,\lambda)\) be the solution of the boundary value problem \[ \ell(\varphi)=\lambda\varphi, \quad \varphi(0,\lambda)= [-\sin \alpha-\cos \alpha]^T. \] The function \(d\rho(\lambda)\) is called the spectral function of the Dirac operator \(A\). The main result: Theorem 1. Suppose (1) is fulfilled. Then the following estimate is valid: \[ \sup_{b\geq 0} \sup_{-\infty<r<+\infty} \int^{r+1}_r \varphi(b,\lambda)^2 d\rho(\lambda)<\infty \] .
