The process \(\eta_ t\) representing the voters opinion has the state space \(\{-1, + 1\}^{Z^ d}\). A random configuration of the links between voters is given by the family \((w(x, y))\) for every two voters \(x,y\), where \(w(x,y)\) is allowed to get the values \(+1\) or \(- 1\) with probability \(p\), respectively \(1-p\). The transition is determined by the links configuration as follows: if the present state at \(x\) is \(\eta_ t(x)\), then the next value should be \(+ 1\) or \(- 1\) according to the values \(w(x,y)\) where \(y\) is one of the nearest neighbors of \(x\) randomly chosen. The study concerns with the ergodicity of the process \(\eta_ t\).
