If \(P\) is a Poisson manifold, then \(C^\infty(P)\) is equipped with two algebraic structures, namely, the associative and commutative pointwise multiplication and the Lie algebra defined by the Poisson bracket. A star product \(*\) on \(P\) is an associative algebra structure on \(C^\infty(p)[[\hbar]]\) given by a linear map from \(C^\infty(P)\otimes C^\infty(P)\) to \(C^\infty(P)[[\hbar]]\) extended by linearity to \(C^\infty(P)[[\hbar]]\otimes C^\infty(P)[[\hbar]]\), such that \[ F*G= F.G+ {i\hbar\over 2} \{F,G\}+ \sum^\infty_{r=2} (i\hbar)^r B_r(F, G). \] The authors consider the case when \(P= T^*M\) is the cotangent bundle and the Poisson algebra of fibrewise polynomial functions stands for \(C^\infty(P)\). If \(M\) is projectivity (resp. conformally) flat, the existence and the uniqueness of \(\text{SL}(n+ 1,\mathbb{R})\) (resp. \(\text{SO}(p+1, q+1))\)-invariant star products is established.
