Given two smooth projective varieties \(X\) and \(Y\) related by a Fourier-Mukai Transform \(\Phi : D^{b}(X)\to D^{b}(Y) \) it is interesting to know under what conditions slope stability or Gieseker stability are preserved. As the authors pointed out, such questions were considered by many authors in different setups. The present work contributes to the study of these questions for Weierstraß fibrations \(p : X \to S\). In section 2 the authors prove the commutativity of Fourier-Mukai and dualizing functors on Weierstraß fibrations. In section 3 the identities proved in section 2 are used in order to obtain spectral sequences relating dual of sheaves and their Fourier-Mukai Transforms. As applications, they prove some interesting properties regarding the dimension of the support of sheaves \(E\) with WIT properties and their Fourier-Mukai Transform \(\Phi(E)\). Finally, in section 4 with the use of the spectral sequences obtained in section \(3\), the authors prove that on a K-trivial Weierstraß threefold over a K-numerically trivial surface the Fourier-Mukai transform sends line bundles of nonzero fiber degree to stable locally free sheaves. In order to do it, they show that it is enough to prove this statement to sheaves of the form \(\mathcal{O}_X(m \Theta)\), where \(\Theta\) is the image of a section \(\sigma: S \to X \) that lies in the smooth locus of \(p\), and then dedicate the section to prove it for the seaf \(\mathcal{O}_X(m \Theta)\).
