Note that a toric variety is a horospherical variety, and a horospherical variety is a spherical variety. In the previous paper [J. Reine Angew. Math. 708, 173--212 (2015; Zbl 1345.14021)], the author of the paper under review gave an explicit description of the minimal model program for $\mathbb{Q}$-Gorenstein projective horospherical varieties using one-parameter families of moment polytopes. In the present paper, the author generalizes the previous result to the log minimal model program for \textit{horospherical pairs} $(X, \Delta)$. The main result is summarized in Theorem 1.3, and the strategy of the proof is similar to the $\mathbb{Q}$-Gorenstein case.
