By \({\mathcal K}_ M'\) is denoted the space of distributions which grow no faster than \(\exp(M(kx))\) where \(M\) is an index function and \({\mathcal O}_ c' ({\mathcal K}_ M', {\mathcal K}_ M')\) is the space of its convolution operators. It is shown that \({\mathcal K}_ M'\) is homeomorphic to the vector space of module homeomorphisms form \({\mathcal K}_ M\) into \({\mathcal O}_ c({\mathcal K}_ M',{\mathcal K}_ M')\) over \({\mathcal K}_ M\) and that \({\mathcal O}_ c'({\mathcal K}_ M',{\mathcal K}_ M')\) is homeomorphic to the ring of module homeomorphisms from \({\mathcal K}_ M\) into itself over \({\mathcal K}_ M\). The above results are extensions of the results of the author on algebraic characterization of the space \({\mathcal K}_ p'\) of distributions which grow no faster than \(\exp(k| x|^ p)\).
