Actually one considers the hybrid system of equations arising in the control of noise [see \textit{S. Micu} and \textit{E. Zuazua}, C. R. Acad. Sci., Paris, Sér. I 319, 1263--1268 (1994; Zbl 0815.93043)]. The existence and uniqueness of the solution as well as its asymptotic behavior are studied.
