This work deals with closed compartmental systems which are described by non-autonomous neutral and recurrent functional differential equations with infinite delay of the form: \[ \frac{d}{dt}D(\omega.t;z_{t})=F(\omega.t;z_{t}) \] where \(D\) is a stable linear operator. The authors introduce some basic concepts from the theory of skew product semiflows and the appropriate topological dynamics techniques. Under some suitable assumptions which guarantee that the semiflow is monotone for the direct exponential ordering, the authors study the long-term behavior of relatively compact trajectories by describing the structure of minimal and omega-limit sets.
