Let \(\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^n\) be a bounded domain with smooth boundary \(\partial \Omega\). The author investigates the singular limit boundary value problem of the Allen-Cahn equation \(\partial_t u_\varepsilon = \Delta u_\varepsilon -\frac{W'(u_\varepsilon)}{\varepsilon^2}\), \(\langle \nabla u_\varepsilon, \nu \rangle=0\) on \(\partial \Omega \times (0,\infty)\) with an initial condition on \(\Omega\). Here, the given function \(W\) satisfies some physical conditions, \( \nu\) denotes the outer unit normal to \(\partial \Omega\). The main result concerns the convergence of the time parametrized family of the diffused surface energy as \(\varepsilon \to 0\) to Brakke's mean curvature flow with a generalized right angle condition on the boundary of the domain.
