This works aims to study the well-posedness for some quasi-linear Cauchy problem of the following form: \(x'(t)=A(u(t))u(t))\), where \(A(t), t\geq 0\) is a family of closed linear operators in a Banach space whose domain is not necessarily dense. For \(t\geq 0\), \(A (t)\) is assumed to satisfy the well known Hille-Yosida condition. The authors propose a new type of dissipativity condition to prove the existence of a solution.
