The authors continue their large series of articles concerning the asymptotics of the completely integrable system \[ \partial x^j/\partial t_i= \sum A^j_{ik}(t_1, t_2) x^k\qquad (j,k= 1,\dots, n;\,i= 1,2), \] \[ \partial A^j_{1k}/\partial t_2+ \sum A^j_{1l} A^l_{2k}= \partial A^j_{2k}/\partial t_1+ \sum A^j_{2l} A^l_{1k}. \] They introduce the lower characteristic vector \(p[x]\in \mathbb{R}^2\) of a nontrivial solution \(x\) by the property \[ l(p)=\liminf_{t\to\infty} {\ln|x(t)- (p,t)|\over\| t\|}= 0,\;l(p-e_i)>0, \] where \(e_i= (2-i,i-1)\), \(t= (t_1,t_2)\in \mathbb{R}^2_+\). The lower characteristic set \(P_x= \{p(x)\}\subset\mathbb{R}^2\) is bounded and closed. It can be represented by the monotone decreasing concave curve \(p_2= \varphi(p_1)\). The authors deal with the case when the limit \[ c_x(p_1)= \liminf_{t\to\infty} {\ln\| x(t)\|- ((p_1, \varphi(p_1)),t)\over\|\ln t\|} \] exists whenever \(p= (p_1,\varphi(p_1))\in P_x\) are interior points and is given in advance.
