In a previous paper [J. Math. Kyoto Univ. 43, No. 1, 203--215 (2003; Zbl 1061.14035)], the author has classified minimal complex surfaces \(X\) with the following invariants: \(K^2_X=3\), \(\chi(X)=2\) and \(\pi_1(X)={\mathbb Z}_3\). Here he takes up the study of the moduli space \({\mathcal M}\) of such surfaces, proving the following results: (i) \({\mathcal M}\) is a unirational variety of dimension 14; (ii) for a general \(X\in {\mathcal M}\) the infinitesimal Torelli map \(H^1(\theta_X)\to \text{ Hom}(H^0(\omega_X), H^1(\Omega^1_X))\) is injective.
