Let \(\Omega\in L^r(S^{n-1})\) for \(r\in[1,\,\infty]\) be a homogeneous function of degree zero on \({\mathbb R}^n\). Let \(T\) be a sublinear operator satisfying that \[ | Tf(x)| \leq C\int_{{\mathbb R}^n}\frac{| \Omega(x-y)| }{| x-y| ^n}| f(y)| \,dy \] for any \(f\in L^1({\mathbb R}^n)\) with compact support and \(x\notin\, \text{supp}\,f\). In this paper, the authors establish some boundedness results for \(T\) in the setting of homogeneous Morrey-Herz spaces, which are defined by combining Herz spaces and Morrey spaces. Similar results are also presented for corresponding rough Hardy-Littlewood maximal functions, rough fractional integrals and rough fractional maximal operators.
