Irregular wavelet frames on \(L^2(\mathbb R^n)\) (Q2574666)

Sufficient conditions for a semi-regular wavelet system \(\{s_j^{n/2}\psi(s_j \cdot -kb)\}_{j\in Z,k\in Z^n}\) to form a frame for \(L^2(R^n)\) are presented. Under certain conditions, it is proved that a frame of that form remains a frame if \(b\) or \(\psi\) is perturbed.
