In the paper, the author considers arrangements of n pseudolines in the real projective plane. An arrangement of pseudolines is a finite collection of \(n\geq3\) smooth closed curves in the real projective plane \(\mathbb{RP}^2\) such that: curves do not self-intersect, curves intersect transversally at exactly one point, there is no point where all pseudolines of the arrangement are incident. The author proves the if no more than \(n-3\) pseudolines intersect at one point then the inequality \[ t_2+1.5t_3\geq8+\sum_{k\geq4}(2k-7)t_k \] holds, where \(t_k\) denotes the number of points where exactly \(k\) pseudolines are incident. Using this inequality the author constructs lower bounds for the number of pseudolines passing through one point and the number of regions.
