We denote by \(\mathbb{H}^3\) the hyperbolic \(3\)-space, and by \(\mathrm{Isom}(\mathbb{H}^3)\) the isometry group of \(\mathbb{H}^3\). If \(\mathcal{T}\) is a compact hyperbolic tetrahedron all of whose dihedral angles are submultiples of \(\pi\), then \(\Delta_{\mathcal{T}}\) denotes the discrete subgroup of \(\mathrm{Isom}(\mathbb{H}^3)\) generated by rotations in the edges of \(\mathcal{T}\). A hyperbolic \(3\)-manifold \(\mathcal{M}\) is called a \(\mathcal{T}\)-tetrahedral manifold if \(\mathcal{M} = \mathbb{H}^3/\Gamma\), where \(\Gamma\) is a torsion-free normal subgroup of \(\Delta_{\mathcal{T}}\). In this paper, the author determines when a \(\mathcal{T}\)-tetrahedral manifold \(\mathcal{M}\) admits a \textit{mirror symmetry}, i.e. there exists an orientation reversing isometry \(T\) of \(\mathcal{M}\) such that \(T\) is of order \(2\) and its fixed set contains a closed surface.
