Let \(R\) be an associative ring with unity and \(\alpha:R\longrightarrow R\) an endomorphism such that \(\alpha(1)=1\). The ring \((HR,\alpha)\) of skew Hurwitz series over \(R\) is the set of functions \(f:\mathbb{N}\longrightarrow R\). The addition is componentwise and the multiplication is defined for every \(f,g\in (HR,\alpha)\) and \(n\in \mathbb{N}\) by \(\displaystyle fg(n)=\sum_{k:0}^n(^n_k)f(k)\alpha^k(g(n-k))\). In a series of previously published papers, the author made a systematic study of properties of the ring \((HR,\alpha)\). In the present one, he especially focuses on when \((HR,\alpha)\) has the same Goldie rank as \(R\), when it is serial semiprime and when it is right non-singular.
