In [Adv. Math. 194, No. 1, 1--33 (2005; Zbl 1076.57013)], \textit{P.~S.~Ozsváth} and \textit{Z. Szabó} defined and discussed properties of the link invariant \(\widehat{HF}(\Sigma(L))\), where \(L\) is a link in \(S^3\), \(\Sigma(L)\) is the two-fold cover of \(S^3\) branched over \(L\), and \(\widehat{HF}(M)\) is a \(\mathbb{Z}/2\mathbb{Z}\)-graded abelian group called the Heegaard Floer homology. They showed that there is a spectral sequence whose \(E_2\) page is the reduced Khovanov homology \(\widetilde{\mathrm{Kh}}(r(L))\) of the mirror of \(L\) and whose \(E_{\infty}\) page is the Heegaard-Floer homology \(\widehat{HF}(\Sigma(L))\). In [J. Topol. 7, No. 4, 1155--1199 (2014; Zbl 1318.53101)], the present authors explicitly defined and calculated a combinatorial spectral sequence from reduced Khovanov homology to \(\widehat{HF}(\Sigma(L))\). There are two fundamental factors in this computation, the first one is an explicit calculation of bimodules associated to Dehn twists, and the other one is a general pairing theorem for polygons. In their paper the authors calculated the bimodules.NEWLINENEWLINEThe present paper is a continuation of the previous paper and focuses on the pairing theorem for polygons to calculate the spectral sequence. The authors show that this spectral sequence agrees with that presented by Ozsváth and Szabó.
