Bounded correctors in almost periodic homogenization (Q303711)

The paper studies the homogenization asymptotics for linear elliptic equations with almost periodic coefficients that can be cast in divergence form. This paper treats a rather general class of ``quasiperiodicity'' (including the type of quasiperiodicity treated earlier by \textit{S. M. Kozlov} [Sov. Math., Dokl. 18, 1323--1326 (1978; Zbl 0448.35032); translation from Dokl. Akad. Nauk SSSR 236, 1068--1071 (1977)]) and gives a rigorous derivation of bounded correctors. The main ingredients of the proof include a quantitative ergodic theorem for almost periodic functions as well as new regularity estimates by \textit{S. N. Armstrong} and \textit{J.-C. Mourrat} [Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 219, No. 1, 255--348 (2016; Zbl 1344.35048)] for partial differential equations with almost periodic coefficients.
