The notice is dealing with relations between Hausdorff dimension of compact subset \(S\) of \((k+1)(d-k)\)-dimensional Grassmannian manifold of affine \(k\)-planes in \({\mathbb R}^d\) and the \(d\)-dimensional Lebesgue measure of set \(U_{S}=\bigcup\limits_{\pi\in S}\pi\). {Theorem.} If the Hausdorff dimension of \(S\) is \(\alpha>(k+1)(d-k)-k\) then the Lebesgue measure of \(U_S\) is positive. This result is an extension of a theorem of \textit{Y. Peres} and \textit{W. Schlag} [Duke Math. J. 102, No. 2, 193--251 (2000; Zbl 0961.42007)].
