The main result of the paper is a sort of generalized Taylor formula \(f(x,y) = P_m[f](x,y)+R_m(f;(x,y))\) for functions \(f\in C^m(\Delta_2)\) on a two-dimensional simplex \(\Delta_2\). The first term \(P_m\) is a polynomial of degree \(\leq m\) which is obtained as a combination of Bernoulli polynomials and the derivatives of \(f\) up to order \(m-1\) at the vertices. The remainder term \(R_m\) is represented by an integral transform of the derivatives of \(f\) of order \(m\). The expansion has degree of exactness \(m\). The polynomial \(P_m\) interpolates \(f\) at the vertices. A cubature formula for functions \(f\in C^m(\Delta_2)\) is derived which contains derivatives of \(f\) at the vertices.
