Solvability of a periodic boundary-value problem for systems of functional differential equations with cyclic matrices (Q647905)

The author derives efficient conditions that are sufficient and necessary for the unique solvability of the periodic problem for two-dimensional systems of linear functional differential equations with operators having given norms. In other words, new efficient conditions are proved for the unique solvability of the problem considered in terms of the norm of linear operators on the right-hand side of the system, which are optimal and cannot be weakened.
