The author proves that if a finite group \(G\) has the same set of orders of soluble subgroups as the group \(M(q)\), where \(M(q)\) is one of the finite simple groups \(^2F_4(q)\), \(q=2^m\), or \(^2F_4(2)'\), then \(G\simeq M(q)\).
