Sufficient limit-point conditions are obtained for a higher-dimensional semi-degenerate singular Hamiltonian differential system \[ \begin{cases} x'=A(t)x+B(t)u,\\ u'=\left[Q(t)-\lambda I_n\right]x-A^*(t)u,\;\;t\geq 0, \end{cases} \] where \(A,\) \(B,\) \(Q\) are locally integrable complex-valued \(n\times n\) matrices, \(B^*=B,\) \(Q^*=Q\) on \([0,+\infty),\) \(I_n\) is the \(n\times n\) identity matrix.
