The paper focuses on stability analysis, stabilization and observation of a linear time-varying discrete-time system affected by interval uncertainty. The authors mix receding horizon predictive control techniques and interval arithmetic to design a stabilizing controller and an observer by solving a sequence of linear programming problems.
