Structural stability in power systems
From MaRDI portal
In the first part the author explains the concept of structural stability of dynamical systems and reviews important results by Andronov and Pontryagin, Debaggis, and Peixoto. Then he introduces several types of power machines and states the corresponding differential-algebraic equations. Finally the eigenvalues of the Jacobian for varying loads are computed and shown to cross the imaginary axis. For the entire collection see [Zbl 0811.00035].
