Abstract: Degenerate tri-Hamiltonian structures of Shivamoggi and generalized Raychaudhuri equations are exhibited. For certain specific values of the parameters, it is shown that hyperchaotic L"{u} and Qi systems are superintegrable and admit tri-Hamiltonian structures.
