The dynamics of snow avalanches
From MaRDI portal
The hydraulic model of one-dimensional flow of dense snow taking into account the terms of order of the ratio of flow depth to the radius of bottom curvature is considered. In the particular case of quadratic law of hydraulic friction the properties of solution are discussed in detail.
