The improved Raizer method for plasma composition calculations

The improved Raizer method for plasma composition calculations is proposed, which demonstrate an adequate accuracy over the whole temperature range, and density range, and could be generalized for mixtures of an arbitrary number of elements. The method is based upon an empirical interpolation formula for ionization potential calculations.
