The inverse spectral problem is solved for the boundary value problem NEWLINE\[NEWLINE y+\lambda^2 y-q(x)y=0,\quad 0<x<a, \qquad y(0)=0,\quad y'(a)+(i\alpha\lambda+\beta)y(a)=0, NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \(\lambda\) is the spectral parameter, \(\alpha >0\), \(\beta\) is a real number, and \(q(x)\in L_2(0,a)\) is a real-valued function.
