The iteration of nonexpansive maps
The author explains and supplements his joint work with \textit{R. D. Nussbaum} and \textit{M. Scheutzow} on iterated non-expansive maps and nonlinear generalization of the Perron-Frobenius theory [Sel. Math., New Ser. 4, No. 1, 141-181 (1998; Zbl 0923.47031); Mem. Am. Math. Soc. 659, 1-98 (1999; Zbl 0933.47036)]. In particular, he discusses the sets \(Q(n)= \{\text{lcm}(S):S\subset \{1,2,\dots, n\}\) is an array admissible for \(n\}\) which are intimately connected to the set of periodic points. The concept of admissibility is that of \textit{R. D. Nussbaum} and \textit{M. Scheutzow} [J. Lond. Math. Soc., II. Ser. 58, No. 3, 526-544 (1998; Zbl 0936.47033)].NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0968.00044].
