Tight sign-central matrices
From MaRDI portal
It is proved that all tight sign-central matrices are minimal sign-central. The lower bound of the number of columns of a tight sign-central matrix with no zero rows is determined in terms of the number of rows. The characterization of the equality case is discussed.
