Time-varying linear systems and input-output stability
From MaRDI portal
One useful strategy for establishing input-output stability is to seek conditions on the system map so that a certain lower-bound condition is met. We show here that, for a large class of time-varying linear systems, the lower-bound condition for stability is in fact necessary.
