Uniqueness of entire functions sharing four small functions
From MaRDI portal
The author uses the standard notations and definitions of Nevanlinna's theory of meromorphic functions. If \(T(r,a)=o(T(r,f))\), \(r\to\infty\) for a meromorphic function \(a\) then the function \(a\) is a small function of \(f\). Two functions \(f\) and \(g\) share the function \(a\) if \((f-a)^{-1}(0)=(g-a)^{-1}(0)\) as sets in \(\mathbb{C}^n\). The following theorem is proved in this paper: Two nonlinear entire functions in \(\mathbb{C}^n\) must be identically equal if they share four distinct small meromorphic functions.
