Variations on some finite-dimensional fixed-point theorems
From MaRDI portal
In this paper, the author gives simple proofs of generalizations of some fixed point theorems in \(\mathbb R^n\) due to \textit{M. Pireddu} and \textit{F. Zanolin} [Adv. Nonlinear Stud. 5, No. 3, 411--440 (2005; Zbl 1101.47042)] and \textit{P. Zgliczyński} [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 46, No. 7, 1039--1062 (2001; Zbl 1076.37505)]. The results may be useful in various problems related to ordinary differential equations.
