Wrapping function of the intial value problem for ODE: Applications
From MaRDI portal
This paper studies the wrapping effect associated with interval methods for solving initial value differential equations. A necessary condition for no wrapping is presented in the general case which complements well a sufficient condition previously given. Attention is paid to the linear case where functions quantifying the wrapping effect are more simply expressed.
