The affine Hecke algebra \({\mathcal H}_{q,t}\) of type \(A_{n-1}\) associated with parameters \(q\), \(t\) is generated by elements \(T_i\), \(0\leq i\leq n-1\), and \(\omega\) satisfying the usual relations. Let \[ e_i:=t^{i-1} T_i\dots T_{n-1} x_n\omega T_1^{-1} \dots T^{-1}_{i=1}. \] Let \(E_\eta(x_1, \dots,x_n;q,t)\) be the non-symmetric Macdonald polynomial associated with the composition \(\eta:= (\eta_1,\dots, \eta_n)\) and the variables \(x:=(x_1, \dots,x_n)\). Then the first main result of the paper is to establish a relation between the operators \[ E_\eta(e_1,\dots, e_n;q^{-1}, t^{-1})\quad\text{and}\quad E_\eta(x_1, \dots,x_n; q,t) \] by using an isomorphism between the algebras \({\mathcal H}_{q,t}\) and \({\mathcal H}_{q^{-1},t^{-1}}\). Let \[ Y_i:=t^{-n+i} T_i\dots T_{n-1} \omega T_1^{-1}\dots T_{i-1}^{-1}. \] Consider the \(q\)-analogues of the type \(A\) Dunkl operators \[ D_i:=x_i^{-1} (1-t^{n-1}T_i^{-1}\dots T^{-1}_{n-1}\omega T_1^{-1}\dots T_{i-1}^{-1}). \] Let \(E_i:=D_i+(1+a^{-1}) t^{n-1}Y_i-a^{-1}e_i\) for a number \(a\). The authors define some non-symmetric analogues \(E_\eta^{(V)} (x;q,t)\) of the multivariable Al-Salam and Carlitz polynomials in terms of \(E_\eta(E;q^{-1}, t^{-1})\). Then the second main result of the paper is to show that these polynomials are determined uniquely by the form \[ E_\eta^{(V)} (x;q,t)=E_\eta (x;q,t)+ \sum_{|\nu |<|\eta|} c_{\eta\nu} E_\nu(x;q,t) \] and certain orthogonal relations and that they are simultaneous eigenfunctions of the commuting family of eigenoperators \(h_i=Y_i+(1+a) t^{1-n}D_i+at^{2-2n}D_i Y_i^{-1}D_i\).
