Let \({\mathcal F}_ c\) be the family of unitary associative local algebras \(A\) with \(\dim \text{Rad}(A) = c+1\) and \(\dim\text{Rad}(A)^ 2 = 1\). We prove that for all \(m\), the radical-cubed-zero family \({\mathcal F}_{2m}\) is generic, and the family \({\mathcal F}_{2m+1}\) has an algebraic deformation to \({\mathcal F}_{2m}\times K\).
