The aim of the paper is to compare some quantum structures such as sharp and unsharp orthoalgebras, \(D\)-posets and orthomodular posets. It is shown that unsharp orthoalgebras (called also effect algebras, see \textit{D. J. Foulis} and \textit{M. K. Bennett}, ``Effect algebras and unsharp quantum logics'' [Found. Phys. 24, No. 10, 1331-1352 (1994)]) and \(D\)- posets are practically the same things (see also Foulis and Bennett). Similarly, unsharp and weak orthoalgebras are the same things. In addition, some known examples are presented.
