    Die räumliche und zeitliche Phasenverschiebung einer Welle vorgegebener Frequenz kann als eine zweiparametrige Modulation aufgefaßt werden, mit der z.B. der mögliche Bezugspunkt eines selbsterregten Ringlasers moduliert werden kann. Verff. ermitteln Kriterien, unter denen die auftretenden Frequenzen synchronisiert sind. Zu diesem Zweck wird eine von der Zeit unabhängige Abbildungsgleichung benutzt, deren mögliche Fixpunkte diskutiert werden.
