The author considers the noncommutative Toeplitz algebra \(F^\infty\), i.e., the WOT-closed algebra generated by the left creation operators on the full Fock space \({\mathcal F}^2\) on \(n\) generators, and the identity, introduced by himself in a previous paper. The author deals with the following Nudel'man type problem in several variables: Let \({\mathcal X}\) be a complex linear space and let \({\mathcal L}({\mathcal X})\) be the space of all linear operators on \({\mathcal X}\). Given \(A_1,\dots, A_n\in{\mathcal L}({\mathcal X})\), \(x,y\in{\mathcal X}\), find conditions under which there exists an element \(f\in F^\infty\) such that \(\| f\|_\infty\leq 1\) and \(y= f(A_1,\dots, A_n)x\), with \(f(A_1,\dots, A_n)\) properly defined (for instance, one can choose the \(F^\infty\)-functional calculus for \(n\)-tuples of operators, previously studied by the author). A noncommutative Nudel'man type interpolation theorem in several variables (and a commutative analogue as well) is obtained, via an approach modeled on that of Rosenblum and Rovnyak. The author also gives new generalizations of Carathéodory-Fejér and Nevanlinna-Pick interpolation results.
