For a finitely generated \(k\)-algebra \(A\), let \(T^n_A\) be its André-Quillen cohomology. The authors make use of a paper by \textit{A. B. Sletsjøe} [J. ALgebra 161, No. 1, 102-128 (1993; Zbl 0807.13004)] to present a spectral sequence converging to this cohomology for affine toric varieties. This leads to a description of the modules \(T^n_A\) in the case of an isolated singularity and \(T^0_A\), \(T^1_A\) and \(T^2_A\) in the general case.
